What is RCV and why is it mandatory in Venezuela?+
RCV (vehicle third-party liability) covers damage your vehicle may cause to others in a traffic accident. It is required by law in Venezuela for every vehicle type: cars, motorcycles, taxis, buses and cargo. Driving without it can lead to penalties, including for foreign drivers.
How much does insurance with you cost? Is it more expensive than going to the insurer?+
You pay exactly the same. The insurer sets the policy price, so buying with me does not add a cent. What you gain is advice, convenience and full WhatsApp handling at no extra cost.
How does the funeral policy work?+

How is the policy paid? Do I pay you or Zuma Seguros?+
Payment goes directly to Zuma Seguros C.A., never to me personally. I stay with you through the process, share the official payment details and, once confirmed, handle issuance of your policy.
Do you serve clients outside Caracas?+
Yes. I serve clients in Caracas and San Antonio de los Altos, and nationwide because everything is handled on WhatsApp with Zuma Seguros support across Venezuela.
How soon do I receive my policy after paying?+
Once payment is confirmed, I handle issuance and send your policy on WhatsApp as soon as possible, usually the same day or the next business day, depending on the product.
Can foreigners buy insurance in Venezuela?+
Yes. Foreigners, expatriates, diplomats and people who live or work in Venezuela can request a quote. I will tell you which documents Zuma Seguros needs for your product and stay with you on WhatsApp through the process.
Is RCV mandatory if I drive in Venezuela as a foreigner?+
